Description
Eagle’s new LS9 crankshafts are not remade LS2 cranks requiring switching flywheels. These cranks have a 9-bolt rear flange just like the O.E. LS9 and are equipped with actual LS9 reluctor wheels as well. All have the long snout for dry-sump oiling compatability. Strokes available are 3.622″, 4.000″ and 4.125″. Eagle also offers 9-bolt LS9 cranks with the LS2-style 58 tooth reluctor. Just like all Eagle cranks, they are forged from a non-twist forging of ASME-certified 4340 steel which is nitrided for superior wear resistance. Each crank journal is micro-polished using our unique QPAC micropolishing system which results in a surface finish of less than 2 RA, typically. Balancing is easy when used with Eagle rods and typical forged pistons.
